Rather than jumping into franchising or some other license model, William wanted to maintain full ownership and control of the business until he reached critical mass before considering alternative ways for growth. In order to do this he needed some of his key people to buy into the business and focus on the core deliverables. We assist Mad Pizza in identifying the appropriate employment incentive model and implementing it for the individuals that will partner with William in delivering the required results.
Head office was required and separated from the operations of the restaurants. A central kitchen was developed to service the restaurants and to create efficiencies and consistency across the network of stores. We worked closely with Mad Pizza on their lease negotiations and shareholder and employment incentive arrangements for the group.
