Dial An Angel
Current Situation
In 2014, Baybridge assisted in the sale of the group to a private organisation that would allow the founders to retire from the business and the new owners to consolidate the business with its existing aged care portfolio. Baybridge was instrumental in getting the deal done.
Future Plans
Continuing to monitor the Dial-An-Angel portfolio.
Accomplishments
Marwan and Baybridge had represented the founders of Dial-An-Angel since the late 90s. Having developed a strong rapport with founder Dena Blackman and her daughter Danielle Robertson, Marwan managed all of the groups franchise and trade mark related matters.
An ongoing engagement assisting them with updates to franchise documents and transactions with franchisees.
As the years went on the brand became a significant asset to the group and Baybridge worked strategically in determining the best forms of IP protection and prosecuting those that infringed the brand.
