Christian Bird

Special Counsel | Commercial

Christian Bird brings real world experience to his role as a senior franchising and general commercial lawyer. Christian understands the commercial challenges faced by franchisors having watched his father successfully found and grow a national franchise system that has been in operation for over 30 years. As a result, he is uniquely placed to assist franchising clients with the myriad of legal challenges they face. Christian has experience working with franchisors across Australia and internationally in a range of industries.

Tanya Delkou

Partner | Real Estate, M&A

Tanya Delkou is a Partner at Baybridge. She started her legal career at a law firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions and commercial & corporate law, and shortly after commenced practising law with a focus within the real estate industry. Tanya has also worked as a real estate agent in one of the largest real estate agencies in Australia, giving her leading knowledge on real estate compliance.

Tanya’s practice is focused on mergers & acquisitions, rent roll transactions, sale and purchase of shares and corporate structuring.

Daniella Muzitano

Executive Director | Titlespace

Daniella Muzitano is the Executive Director of Titlespace, Baybridge Group’s digital conveyancing company. With over 15 years of experience in the conveyancing and real estate space, Daniella has developed an extensive network within the industry, enabling her to stay at the forefront of market trends and developments.

Co-founding Titlespace alongside Marwan in 2019, Daniella has been instrumental in the company’s success. She oversees a team and systems that handle thousands of transactions per year, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every transaction.

Daniella’s expertise in digital conveyancing has streamlined the property transaction process, simplifying complex tasks and reducing the potential for error. This has enabled Titlespace to provide a seamless experience for clients and build a reputation for excellence in the industry.

Sarah Heuvel

Partner | Real Estate

Sarah Heuvel is a Partner at Baybridge and a residential tenancy and real estate compliance expert. Having started in property management in 2006, she has over 15 years’ experience in real estate and was an award-winning agent prior to making the switch to law.

Sarah’s practice is varied, undertaking both litigation and commercial matters specific to the real estate industry. She primarily focuses on commission claims, tenancy disputes, NSW Fair Trading investigations, regulatory compliance and the sale/acquisition of rent rolls. Sarah has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts as well as being a regular at NCAT.

Walter Silva

Chief Operating Officer | Baybridge Group

Walter serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the Baybridge Group, bringing his extensive entrepreneurial background and expertise in technology, consultancy, and consumer goods industries to the forefront. Racha Abboud

Racha Abboud is a Partner at Baybridge and co-leader of the Commercial and Franchise team. A strategic advisor to businesses in Australia and internationally, Racha works with some of Australia’s most prominent brands, across various industries such as food, retail, fitness, pharmacy, automotive, and real estate. A leading authority in business and franchising, Racha challenges the status quo and delivers legal, and business advisory services uniquely tailored for each client.
Racha is an active member of the NSW Franchise Council of Australia Committee and championing Women in Franchising. In recognition of her professional achievements, Racha was named a Finalist in the Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year for Commercial in 2020 and Finalist in both, the Lawyers Weekly and Australian Lawyers Partner of the Year for Mentoring in 2023.

Rita Khodeir

Rita Khodeir is a distinguished Partner at Baybridge, specialising in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, and Trademarks. With over 20 years of professional experience, Rita has adeptly represented clients both in Australia and internationally.

Rita’s approach to litigation is shaped by her commercial insight and innovative thinking. She expertly navigates the intricacies of complex legal disputes with a proven track record. Her approach is aimed at achieving swift, efficient, and cost-effective resolutions for her clients.

As a Registered Trademarks Attorney, Rita consistently adopts a proactive approach to secure and protect her clients’ intangible brand assets. She also identifies opportunities to assist her clients to grow their brand and business. With this vision, she meticulously develops and executes potent IP strategies tailored for her clients. Marwan Kojok

Managing Director

Marwan Kojok serves as both the Managing Director of Baybridge and the CEO of the Baybridge Group. His primary areas of practice include Corporate and Commercial law, with extensive expertise in growth, distribution, and expansion strategies, as well as Intellectual Property Law. Marwan’s experience encompasses advising and assisting clients in all aspects of structuring, operating, and growing their businesses.
